Conditions

PAYMENTS
You can pay your room bill in cash, with an EC card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). For a firm booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount with transaction charges. Our bank details for this are: Raiffeisenbank Ischgl, IBAN: AT 83 3624 8000 0002 7110, BIC: RZTIAT 22248. It is also possible to pay deposits by credit card (Visa and MC).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Your booking is only valid once the reservation has been confirmed in writing and by a deposit. Cancellations are only accepted in written form and are only valid once we have reconfirmed them in writing. We will be happy to arrange this for you, just let us know when you make your booking. If you do not wish to take out insurance, the following charges are invoiced in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions: 3 to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total booked package price, 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total booked package price and in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total booked package price. With sole occupancy of a double room the price for two people is charged minus € 20,- per day. With bed and breakfast we credit you with € 10,- per person per day off the half-board price. Any services that you do not use are not deducted. Due to our booking situation, room changes are possible during the high season.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 3 p.m. check-out possible until 10 a.m. Please notify us if your arrival should be delayed and you will only be arriving after 8 p.m. We always try to take your room requests into account, but cannot confirm guarantee them.

PETS
We have decided to no longer accept pets at the hotel as a result of various complaints and difficulties over the last few years. Thank you for your understanding.

CULINARY OFFER
If you would like a vegan menu in addition to our culinary services, we automatically charge € 25.00 per day per menu.

In effect from 13. April 2024, we will only be offering bed and breakfast accommodations. Unfortunately, half-board options will not be available at that time.

FOR LITTLE GOURMETS
A children’s menu is available every evening for our younger guests up to the age of 15.
Alternatively, the entire evening menu can be enjoyed with the parents (for an additional charge).

FOR THE WELLBEING OF ALL GUESTS
All our rooms, the dining room and hotel lobby are non-smoking rooms. € 250,- will be charged in the event of non-compliance. You can find information about the General Terms and Conditions here – GTC.

We would like to point out that if your room is dirty due to excessive alcohol consumption, a cleaning fee of EUR 300,- will be charged.

The “Sonne Team” will be happy to bring breakfast and a variety of items to your room. We charge EUR 5.00 per person for this.

The child discount applies with two full-paying adults in a double room.

4 – 10 years: 50 %
11 – 16 years: 30 %
from 17 years: 20 %

SINGLE ROOM USE

Occupancy with one person in a double room is the price for two persons less € 20,- per day

ROOM CHANGE
If you change rooms during your stay, a cleaning fee of € 50,- per room will be charged.

THIRD-PARTY ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If third-party additional services such as ski passes, all-inclusive tickets or tourism association events are offered via our company, these can only be offered subject to any changes to the included services.
